Color and Healing my Experiences

I've written a short article that explains my experiences over 20 years as an art professor and how color interacts with healing. I believe that it is a slow but effective process.

My Friend Sisto has once again hit the nail on the head. Colour is such an important factor in our lives and the way we feel. Too many people are in a rush to go out and buy every scented candle they can find and try aroma therapy yet still walk around in the same ol' drudgy colourless clothing that depresses them as they walk pass a reflection of themselves. spice it up a little. Wear a shirt that you normally wouldn't wear. I ask my nephew who is one of these "In fashion" type of guys what he'd buy. Get some one to pick out something for you that high-lites your positives and then watch how you feel when your family, friends and co-workers start asking you, "Have you done something different?" Change up your pallet every now and then. Enjoy life, be an artist inspire others...
